A history of Trump’s comments on vaccinations Over the past 7 years

Going back to 2012 Mr. Trump was against children receiving one massive shot – but there was no indication at all that was against vaccinations.

A few years later Mr Trump was back at it – this time explicitly saying he is pro getting vaccinated just not in one ‘massive shot’.

To be explicitly clear – to all ‘haters and losers’ Trump said:

Four years ago on the debate stage, Candidate Trump said “You take this little beautiful baby and you pump … ” he said, referring to mandatory childhood vaccines. “We had so many instances, people that work for me, just the other day, 2 years old, a beautiful child, went to have the vaccine and came back and a week later got a tremendous fever, got very, very sick, now is autistic.”

Last year Bill Gates said regarding his conversations with Trump “He was considering a commission to look into the bad effects of vaccines and somebody, I think his name was Robert Kennedy Jr., was advising him that vaccines were causing bad things,” Gates recalled. “And I said ‘No, that’s a dead end, that would be a bad thing, don’t do that.”

This past Friday President Trump said: “They have to get the shots. The vaccinations are so important,…This is really going around now. They have to get their shots.”

Bottom line: It does not appear Trump changed his opinion at any time. He was also against one ‘Massive shot’ but pro getting vaccinated. Perhaps he should be clearer though when bashing vaccinations, that he means in one big shot.
