Friends say ‘Shmili’ was a very happy Bochur who was very popular and had a lot going for him.
It is likely he may have fallen asleep while smoking in the car.
At the levaya which had a few hundred attendees, it was mentioned that Shmili did a massive amount of Chessed. He raised 34K to help a couple make a chasuna, he used to volunteer for and provide meals for sick people in hospitals and would do anything for anyone – Yehi Zichro Baruch.
