BMG is currently under contract to buy the 150-acre golf course at the woodlake campus on New Hampshire Avenue. The sale is in its early stages, with many steps and possibles hurdles yet to come.
In an interview with the APP R’ Kotler said “We are exploring the possibility of developing a campus that could help us accommodate future growth without drawing more commuters up and down the Route 9 corridor that runs through the heart of Lakewood…as the Lakewood population grows we all have to think out of the box.”

The golf course had an assessed value of $8.15 million in 2018.
GreaterLakewood has confirmed, although BMG has been losing students over the past few years, this past z’man saw a ‘significant’ increase.
