WeWork’s CEO Adam Neumann steps down

Adam Neumann, the charismatic entrepreneur who led WeWork to become one of the world’s most valuable startups, is stepping down as chief executive officer, after a plan to take the company public hit a wall- reports Bloomberg.


“The scrutiny directed toward me has become a significant distraction, and I have decided that it is in the best interest of the company to step down as chief executive” Neumann said in a statement. Adding, “I have decided that it is in the best interest of the company to step down as chief executive.”

  1. Ponzi scheme…the company never was and never will be profitable. There will be a American Greed episode done on this company in q few years
